Guided by Rongoā Māori, our work nurtures wairua, tinana, hinengaro, whenua and whānau — restoring balance through mirimiri, romiromi, Rongoā (plant-based healing), taonga puoro (Māori healing instruments), health coaching, rāranga (weaving) and wānanga (workshops).
